摘　　要：目的:本文就甲状腺疾病的超声检查方法进行全面综述,描述甲状腺弥漫性及结节性病变二维超声及彩色多普勒血流表现,以及甲状腺不同病变的特异征象,对甲状腺结节性肿块的良恶性鉴别点做出总结,并提出由甲状腺癌引发颈部淋巴结转移的声像图表现及血流参数改变。Purpose： Tiffs article describes the ways by which thyroid diseases are examined, and shows the different features of these diseases on conventional ultrasound and Colour Doppler Flow Imaging. In addition, the differentiations between benign and malignant lesions are given. The characteristic imaging of metastases in the jugular lymph nodes is included.
