摘　　要：目的：探讨DR的临床应用及质量管理。材料与方法：对2007年1月~2007年10月使用DR系统摄影进行统计和影像质量评测。结果：9743张摄影中,甲级片9451张（97%）,乙级片224张（2.3%）,丙级片68（0.7%）。结论：数字摄影系统成像质量好,临床使用广,动态范围大且辐射剂量少,在严格的质量控制和管理下,能大大提高医院的诊断水平和工作效率。Purpose： To investigate the clinical application and quality administration of the DR systems. Materials and Methods： Evaluationg the image quality of DR systems were obtained by statistics from January to October of 2007. Results： In total 9743 DR images, 9451 images are class A, 224 images class B, 68 images class C, accounts for 97 %, 2.3 %, 0.7 % respectively. Conclusion： DR systems can produce high quantity image with little radiation, it is steady and fine. DR can improve the medical diagnosis level and enhance working efficiency greatly only under strictly controlled working environment and operation program.
