摘  要:三峡地下厂房尾水洞变顶高段坡度大、截面渐变、断面高大,衬砌混凝土施工难度较大。根据变顶高段形体结构,采用先底板、后边顶拱钢模台车混凝土衬砌方式。施工中,对钢模台车进行了特殊设计、特殊配置,施工工艺也进行了改进,经检测,衬砌混凝上体形尺寸控制良好,接缝平顺,表面光滑。The height-changing section of taih'ace tunnel of underground powerhouse of the Three Gorges Project is big in slope degree, high in section and gradually varied in cross section so that the construction of lining concrete is very difficult. According to the type structure of height-changing section, we used the steel-form jackplane to conduct concrete lining of first bottom slab and then side and top arch concrete lining way. In the construction, the special design and disposition were made for the steel-form jackplane and the construction techniques also were improved. After checking, the dimensions of body shape of lining concrete are controlled better and the joint plain and surface smooth.
