摘 要:推导了采用变异的阿基米德螺线作为平面流道中线时,中线出口角与包角和变异系数之间的关系式,为设计中控制流道出口角提供了依据。推导了平面图流道中线上到叶轮外径法向距离的变化规律及断面面积的计算公式,并参考文献上的轴面图数学模型,给出了确定流道出口点的数值方法。研究了空间流道中线的CAD绘制方式,其长度计算及分点位置的确定方法。A formula was deuced, which shows the relation between the outlet angle of center line of channel and wrap angle , variant coefficient, if variant Archimedes spiral is assumed the curve of center line of plate plane. It is the basis for controlling outlet angle of channel. Another formula was also derived for calculation the normal distance from points on the center line to out- er diameter and cross-section area. By refer to the mathematic model of axial plane published in document, a numerical method was present for finding out the outlet point. Research for the method to draw 3-D passage center-line by CAD, compute the length of it and decide the split points position was also carried out.
