摘 要:对离心泵的压力脉动进行了较为全面的阐述,总结出离心泵内压力脉动随工况的不同,表现为三类不同的压力脉动:随机脉动、叶频倍频脉动、轴频倍频脉动;分别从动静干扰、二次流和汽蚀方面阐述了压力脉动的研究现状;介绍了压力脉动在高效点的快速测定,汽蚀监测及故障诊断和故障预防等方面的应用情况。压力脉动的研究将为今后更精确地预测非定常流动诱发压力脉动提供理论依据。Pressure fluctuation of centrifugal pumps is reviewed. Its forms is different under different conditions, typical three pressure fluctuations are random fluctuation, blade-passing frequent fluctuation and rotation frequent fluctuation; the present re- search of pressure fluctuation induced by rotor-stator interaction, secondary flow and cavitation is introduced; the applications of pressure fluctuation mensuration at best efficiency point, cavitation monitor and fault diagnosie and prevention are also intro- duced. Theory basis will be given to forecast accurately the pressure fluctuation induced by unsteady flow.
