摘　　要：旋流泵是无堵塞泵的一种,无堵塞性较好,但磨损率较高。其主要结构特征是叶轮退缩在压水室后面的泵腔内,叶轮的前面有一段无叶腔,叶轮主要型式为开式叶轮。叶轮在泵腔内旋转时在叶轮的前面形成两种流动:贯通流和循环流,贯通流通过叶轮和压水室流出,循环流在无叶腔内作循环流动。液下泵则是一种立式、叶轮淹没于液体、无需灌泵、密封性能较好的一种泵型,可以广泛替代自吸泵。叶轮悬空的液下旋流泵则是集旋流泵、液下泵优点于一身,同时又具有可靠性较高、生产维护成本较低等特点,是一种新型的液下泵。Vortex Pump is a kind of unchokeable pump with good unchokeable performance, but its wear rate is lousily. The impellers are opening mode, and they are located in the pump cavity which is in back of the water extruding room ; there is one segment of non-impeller cavity in front of the impellers ; two kinds of flows are formed in front of the impellers when the impellers rotate in the pump cavity ： run-through flow and circle flow. The run-through flow is discharged from impellers and water extruding room, and the circle flow cycles in the non-impellers cavity; all of above are the main structure characteristics of vortex pump. Submerge pump has the following main characteristics： impellers are vertical mode,no needing perfusion,good seal performance. Submerge pump can replace the self-suction pump. Submerge and vortex pump collects the advantages of submerge pump and vortex pump, and have other features just like high dependability and low maintenance cost. It is one new mode submerge pump.
