微量元素锌硒对软骨钙化影响的能谱分析

摘  要:应用扫描电镜-X射线能谱分析技术对鸡胚胚骨的元素含量进行了测定,同时观察了微量元素锌(Zn)、硒(Se)对软骨钙化的影响。结果表明:胚骨中含有Na、Mg、Ca、S、P、Si、Cl、K等八种元素,并发现Zn、Se两种元素在软骨化骨早期阶段有加快和促进钙化的作用,其中Zn的作用更为明显。The element contents in embryonic chicken tibias were studied with scanning electronic microscope and X-ray energy spectrum analysis technique , and effect of zinc and selenium on cartilage calcification was observed. The results showed that the embryonic chicken tibias contained eight kinds of elements which were Na,Mg,Si ,P,S,Cl,K and Ca.It was discovered that Zn and Se played the role of promoting the calcification in the early stage of endochondrostosis and Zn played more obvious role.
