摘　　要：将企业技术创新项目R&D绩效测度的内容体系分为项目层面和企业层面,并分析了两个层面的区别以及视角转移的动因。根据测度系统的设计原则、设计参数和权变因子,建立了包含项目层面和企业层面分析的测度与反馈系统,并提出了一个建议性的测度标准框架,为项目R&D绩效测度与评价提供了理论依据。It divides the measurement content system of R＆D performance of enterprise＇s technology innovation project on two levels of project level and company level, and analyzes the differences of the two levels and the reasons for perspective shifting. According to the design principles, parameters and contingency factors of measurement system, It has built a measurement and feedback system including inner process, project level and company level and proposes a framework of measurement criterion system, which provides theory guidance for R＆D performance measurement practices.
