摘 要:采用了CAE技术结合正交实验优化法预测了注塑工艺参数间的交互作用对塑料齿轮收缩变形的影响程度。对保压压力、保压时间和模具温度的交互作用进行正交实验考察后得出:对于POM(N2720 M63)材料和UHM WPE(GUR EP4221)材料,主要是保压时间与模具温度的交互作用影响齿轮的收缩变形,对于PA66(RTP 0205)材料主要是保压压力与保压时间交互作用影响齿轮的收缩变形。根据注塑工艺参数间交互作用对齿轮收缩的影响确定出了提高齿轮注塑质量的注塑工艺参数;根据CAE技术所预测出的齿轮收缩规律对模具的设计提供了参考。CAE technology is used with orthogonal experiment optimization method to forecast the degree interaction between injection molding process parameters on the plastic gear shrinkage deformation. of influence of the The interaction of packing pressure,packing time and mold temperature are obtained by orthogonal experiment. For POM( N2720 M63 ) and UHMWPE (GUR EP4221 ) material,the interaction of packing time and mold temperature is the main factor to impact on the gear shrinkage deformation. But for PA66 ( RTP 0205), interaction of packing pressure and packing time is the main factor to impact on the gear shrinkage deformation. The improved molding process parameters of the gear are determined by the influence of interaction between the injection molding process parameters on the gear shrinkage. And the reference of the design of the gear mold has been technology. The forecast gear shrinkage law by CAE gain by according to a shrinkage forecast which was gotten by CAE technique can give a reference for the gear mold design.
