摘　　要：以工业缝纫机电机控制系统为研究对象,设计了系统的总体框图,建立了PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motors,永磁同步电机)的数学模型,提出了模糊控制方案,并用Matlab软件进行了系统仿真。仿真与实验结果证明了该系统能对永磁同步电机系统进行精确的控制。The paper studies the controller of permanent magnet synchronous motors （PMSM） used for the sewing machine, designs the total scheme of the system, sets up the mathematical model of PMSM, puts forward the PLC fuzzy controlling scheme, then comes into effect on the systematic simulation with the Matlab software. Experimental results proves that system can precisely control the PMSM system.
