摘　　要：蜂窝纸板作为新型环保包装材料,已经得到越来越广泛的应用。目前,国内外学者的研究主要针对蜂窝纸板产品的力学性能,很少有涉及其生产过程及设备的。文章研究了蜂窝纸板的生产设备及加工工艺,阐述了蜂窝纸板的制造过程与原理。其中蜂窝纸板的纸芯生产是关键技术,所以对国内外纸芯制造设备的加工原理进行了分析,并比较了各自的优缺点,得到了符合国内蜂窝纸板生产企业所需的加工方式,为进一步推动蜂窝纸板加工技术的发展起到一定作用。With the development of society and economic, the new industry packaging material-honeycomb paperboard is getting more widely used in industry. Many scholars have done massive research on the dynamics features of honeycomb paperboard, but there are few researches concerning the manufacture process of honeycomb paperboard. This paper researched on the production equipment and processing technology of the honeycomb paperboard, and elaborated its manufacturing process and principle. The paper also analysed the processing principle of equipment of the key technique the production of honeycomb core at home and abroad and compared with their advantages and disadvantages. Thus obtained the most suitable production technology of honeycomb paperboard. All these play a role in development of honeycomb paperboard＇s processing technology.
