摘  要:压力管道最常见的失效形式是塑性失效,塑性极限载荷也就成为决定管道承载能力并评介结构完整性的重要参数。采用塑性极限分析方法,分别得到了内压作用下含不同缺陷长度与管周长比未焊透临界深度的管道极限载荷,获得了设计许用应力,并对其在内压下的安全性能进行评定。结果表明:按塑性极限分析法得到的未焊透临界容限深度均大于《在用工业管道定期检验规程》中4级未焊透缺陷的定级范围,揭示了其保守性。Plastic failure is the most familiar failure form of pressure pipe, so the plastic limit load is the important parameter to decide the bear ability and assesst the integrality of pressure pipe. The limit load and design admissible stress of pressrue pipe with critical depth of incomplete welding defects and different ratio of defect length to perimeter were obtained by using the plastic limit load method, and its safiy property was assessed too. The result shows that the critical depth of incomplete welding defects got by the plastic limit load method is bigger than the grade scope of dividing grade of incomplete welding defects in Regular inspect criterion for in-service industrial pipelines, and its conservatism has been disclosured too.
