摘  要:从树木遗传学的角度开展了白花泡桐×兰考泡桐和毛泡桐×白花泡桐F1无性系自然接干性状遗传变异的比较研究。结果表明:①白花泡桐×兰考泡桐和毛泡桐×白花泡桐F1无性系自然接干性状的遗传变异在变异系数、变异模式、自然接干类型、自然接干优劣性、变异差异性、主成分结构、主成分贡献率、相关性模型、生长杂种优势、速生性、广义遗传力、遗传增益和样木干形上都完全相同或大体相似,而没有本质性差别。②接干高性状在影响和决定白花泡桐×兰考泡桐和毛泡桐×白花泡桐F1无性系自然接干性状的总体表现和最终状况上起着重要作用,而通直度性状是泡桐自然接干性状遗传改良的关键性状。③白花泡桐×兰考泡桐,与泡桐杂交育种史上应用最多和育种成就最大的种间杂交组合:毛泡桐×白花泡桐,具有同等重要的杂交育种意义。④在泡桐的杂交育种、无性系育种、自然接干性状的遗传改良和多世代遗传改良中,必须同等对待白花泡桐×兰考泡桐和毛泡桐×白花泡桐,而纠正过去长期忽视白花泡桐×兰考泡桐的杂交育种倾向。An experiment was conducted to study the genetic variations of natural stem-join characters of Paulownia fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl, × P. elongata S. Y. ttu and P. tomentosa(Thunb.) Steud. × P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl. hybrid F1 clones from the genetic point of view. Results showed that the genetic variations of natural stem-join characters of P. fortu- nei × P. elongata and P. tomentosa × P. forturwi hybrid F1 clones were exactly identical or approximately similar, and had no essential distinctions in coefficient of variation, variation mode, natural stem-join type, superiority and inferiority of natural stem-join effects, difference in variation characteristics, structure of principal component, contribution ratio of princi- pal component, correlation model, growth heterosis, fast-growing properties, heritability in the broad sense, genetic gain and sample tree form. Height of stem-join played an important role in affecting and determining the total display and ultimate condition of natural stem-join characters. Straightness of stem was a key character in genetic improvement of paulow- nia natural stem-join characters. The cross breeding meaning of P. fortunei × P. elongata was similar to that of P. tomentosa × P. fortunei which had the greatest cross breeding achievement for several decades and was universally employed by paulownia hybridologist in paulownia cross breeding history. It is pointed out that P. fortunei × P. elongata and P. tomentosa ×P. fortunei should be treated with equal importance in cross breeding, clone breeding, genetic improvement of natural stem-join character and multi-generation genetic improvement in order to correct the cross breeding tendencies of long time neglected P. fortunei × P. elongata.
