摘  要:利用叶片体内荧光测定技术,检测了通过连续继代扦插的高山引种驯化植物珍珠黄杨的4个不同继代的荧光诱导动力学参数。结果表明:Fv,Fm,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Fm/Fo这5个参数从1990、1994、1998到2000继代呈现逐渐增大规律。后一继代各参数值都比前一继代的大,后续继代(1998、2000继代)Fm/Fo和Fv/Fo明显大于初始继代(1990、1994继代),表明后续继代的PSⅡ潜在活力和光能转换效率较高。荧光诱导动力学从P相到T相的时间逐渐缩短,振荡衰减逐渐加快,暗示光合作用的光、暗反应在初始继代,特别是1990继代受到严重抑制。珍珠黄杨除1990继代的Pq值大于QNP值外,其他3个继代均是QNP值大于Pq值,并且随着继代扦插的进行,QNP在荧光淬灭中所占的比值越来越大,Q的变异趋势与其生长适应能力的变化是一致的。The variation in the chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of Buxus sinica var. parvifolia was studied by measuring the chlorophyll fluorescence of intact needles from four introduction and domestication generations. Results showed that five parameters (Fv,Fm,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fv,Fm/Fo) exhibited a gradually increasing tendency from successive generation 1990, 1994, 1998 to 2000. The parameter values of the next successive generation were more than those of the previous successive generations, and Fm/Fo and Fv/Fo of subsequent successive generations (successive generation 1998, 2000) were obviously higher than those of the initial successive generation ( successive generation 1990, 1994), indicating that PS Ⅱ potential vitality and luminous energy conversion efficiency of the subsequent successive generations were higher. The time from T phase to P phase of fluorescence induction kinetics was progressively shortening, and the decrement of oscillation was gradually accelerated, which indicates that photo inhibition of light reaction and dark reaction of photosynthesis in the initial successive generation was seriously inhibited, especially in the successive generation 1990. Pq value of B. sinica var. parvifolia was higher than QNP value in successive generation 1990, while QNP value was higher than Pq value in the other three successive generations. And with the continuous successive generation cuttage proceeding, QNP value in the share of fluorescence quench was growing, and the variation trend of QNP was consistent with that of the growth and adapting ability.
