摘　　要：主要介绍一种问答形式的咨询系统的设计方法,问题与答案的关联通过检索引擎来实现。对文本问题进行分词形成检索的关键字段,再通过检索在知识库中搜索答案。根据具体问题不同,答案的形式可能是描述性的文本或者是对用户数据经过一定处理后得到的决策结论。The design procedures of a kind of advice-given system in the form of question and answer were introduced, and the correlation of problem and answer can come true by a searching engine. The keyword field of question text should be selected and then search for the answer in the knowledge base. According to different problems, the answer form may be a description or a conclusion to the decision-making after handling user＇s data.
