摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)阿司匹林抵抗(AR)患者血小板聚集率、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响。方法符合入选标准患者70例,随机分为常规治疗组、通心络组、氯吡格雷组;分别在治疗前和治疗后1月测定三组血小板聚集率、CRP、TXB2。结果通心络和氯吡格雷均可使ACS合并AR患者血小板聚集率、CRP、TXB2下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊对ACS合并AR患者有抗血小板聚集和抗炎作用,一定程度上可改善ACS患者的AR。Objective To investigate the effects of tongxinluo capsule on platelet aggregation rate and C-reactive protein（CRP） and thromboxan B2（TXB2） in patients with acute coronary syndrom （ACS）who had aspirin resistance（AR）. Methods A total of 70 ACS patients who had AR were recruited. They were randomly assigned into conventional therapy group , tongxinluo group, clopidogrel group, platelet aggregati.on rate and CRP and TXB2 levels were detected before and after 1-month treatment. Results Tongxinluo and clopidogrel could both make platelet aggregation rate, CRP and TXB2 decrease in ACS with AR patients. The levels of platelet aggregation rate, CRP and TXB2 had statistical significance before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05, 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule has antiplatelet aggregation and anti-inflammatory effect in ACS patients with AR, and can improve AR in ACS patients in a certain degree.
