摘 要:比较分析不同类型烟草叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量的结果表明,叶绿素含量晒红烟明显高于烤烟,烤烟又明显高于白肋烟.进一步比较叶绿素a和叶绿素b,表现趋势相同,即晒红烟>烤烟>白肋烟.说明晒红烟潜在的光合能力高于烤烟,烤烟高于白肋烟.类胡萝卜素含量的差异与叶绿素基本相同,即晒红烟>烤烟>白肋烟.By analyzing and comparing the content of chlorophyll and carotinoid in the leaves for three tobacco types, the results showed that the chlorophyll content of Red Sun-cured tobacco was higher than Flue-cured tobacco, and Flue-cured tobacco was higher than Bur- ley tobacco evidently, and there is the same conclusion for the content of chlorophyll a and chorophyll b, which showed the potential photosynthetic capacity of Red Sun-cured tobacco was better than Flue-cured tobacco, and Flue-cured tobacco was better than Burley tobacco. The difference of carotinoid content was identical with chlorophyll, Red Sun-cured tobacco was the highest, Flue-cured tobacco was the second and Burley tobacco was the lowest.
