北五味子愈伤组织诱导研究

摘　　要：以北五味子的嫩茎段、叶片和叶柄为外植体,以MS和N6附加不同激素配比的培养基为基质,探讨诱导北五味子愈伤组织较合适的外植体及培养基.结果表明,北五味子的嫩茎段是愈伤组织诱导的最佳外植体,培养基为N6+6-BA 2.0 mg\L+NAA 1.0 mg\L时为诱导愈伤组织的最佳浓度,诱导率达95.1%;在MS和N6基本培养基中分别附加不同浓度、种类的激素时,各外植体在N6培养基上的愈伤组织诱导效果均好于MS培养基.The tender stem segments, leaves and petioles of Schisarutra chinensis （Turcz.） Bail1 were cultured as explantson various medium （MS and N6）with different kinds of hormone. The results showed that the tender stem segment is good explant of callus induc- tion, and the optimal medium is N6＋6-BA 2.0 mg／L＋NAA 1. 0 mg／L, and the ratios of callus induction is 95.1%, the callus induction effect of N6 medium is better than MS medium.
