摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为固定相,甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比为56:24:20)为流动相,用254nm紫外检测器定量测定乙嘧酚的含量。该方法的标准偏差为0.42,变异系数为0.43%,平均回收率为99.85%,线性相关系数为0.9995。A method was introduced for the determination of ethirimol by HPLC with C18 column at UV 254 nm, the mobile phase was a mixture of 56% methanol, 24% acetonitrile and 20% water （by vol）. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.42, the variation coefficient was 0.43%, the average recovery was 99.85%, and the linear correlation was 0.999 5.
