摘 要:目前Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系超高强铝合金扁锭生产中经常会产生裂纹、弯曲、夹渣、缩松、铸锭表面产生偏析瘤等铸造缺陷。当前世界各国对铸造设备、生产技术进行了改造。其中由美国阿波格技术公司等多家单位共同研发出的等温熔炼炉(ITM)和美国瓦格斯塔夫公司研究的低液位铸造技术(LHC)组成的生产线,必将改变铸造超高强铝合金的生产面貌,已经引起了世界各国的关注。At present there are many casting defects, such as cracks, bending, slag, shrinkage, ingot surface compositions of segregation, during the production of the flat ingot of AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy. So casting equipment and production technology are reconstructed by most countries in the world. The production lines are consisted of the isolhermal inching furnace (ITM), which is investigated by Apogee Technology Inc. and low head composite casting (LHC) that is studied by Wagstaff. The lines are given all countries' attentions that will greatly infect the production outlook of the ultra-high strength aluminum foundry Alloy.
