摘  要:对海南、福建、广州、清新分离的根瘤菌和实验室保存的部分根瘤菌进行了解磷能力的研究,从200多株根瘤菌中筛选出40株具有解磷能力的菌株,通过测定根瘤菌在固体培养基和液体培养基中溶解无机磷和有机磷的能力,筛选出2株解磷能力较强的菌株G7-3和菌株DH001。菌株G7-3在无机磷和有机磷培养基中的解磷量分别是4.142、9.944μg.mL-1,与其它菌株有明显的差异;在无机磷液体培养基中,菌株DH001微克菌体解磷量为0.0867μg,和其它菌株有显著差异。对筛选出的菌株进行了16SrDNA测序分析,确定筛选出的菌株除H1-1-1和H2-1-2外,其它菌株均为根瘤菌。Parts of rhizobium collected from Hainan, Fujian, Guangdong and the specimen stored in the laboratory of Research Institute of Tropical Forestry were used to study their phosphorus-dissolving ability. 40 isolates were selected from over 200 rhizobium isolates. By checking their ability of dissolving inorganic and organic phosphorus in solid media and liquid media, 2 isolates (G7-3 and DH001 ) which had stronger phosphorus-dissolving ability were chosen. The quantity of phosphorus G7-3 could dissolved in inorganic and organic media were 4. 142 μg·mL^-1and 9. 944μg·mL^-1, respectively, which were significandy different from the others. In inorganic phosphorus liquid media, DH001 in μg thalli dissolved 0.086 7 μg of phosphorus, which had notable difference with the others. 16S rDNA sequence was used to analyze the isolates selected, it is found that all the isolates were rhizobium except H1-1-1 and H2-1-2.
