摘 要:目的观察8%硼酸杀蟑胶饵实验室及现场灭蜚蠊效果。方法在实验室、某医院食堂、病房和某招待所食堂、客房等进行灭蜚蠊试验。结果实验室蜚蠊3 d全部死亡,模拟现场蜚蠊4 d全部死亡,LT50分别为1.21 d和1.43 d;试验现场施药前蜚蠊密度平均为66.25只/15 min,施药后的1、2、3、5 d,杀灭率分别为80.4%、84.2%、92.4%和99.6%,蜚蠊死亡高峰在投药后的前3天,死亡蜚蠊数分别占死亡总数的61.3%、80.9%和93.0%。结论8%硼酸杀蟑胶饵对蜚蠊具有良好的杀灭效果,可以推广应用。Objective To determine the efficacy of 8 % Boracic Acid gel bait against cockroaches in the lab and the field. Methods Experiment were carried out in the lab and the field. Results After treatment for three days, the cockroaches in the lab were all dead, and they were all dead in the field after treatment for four days. The LTs0 were 1.21 d and 1.43 d, respectively. The cockroach density was 66.25/15 rain before the use of bait in the field, and the mortality were 80.4%, 84.2 %, 92.4 % and 99.6 % after application for 1 d, 2 d, 3 d and 5 d, respectively. Its mortality reached the peak at the first three days. The mortality was 93.0% at the third day after application. Conclusion 8% Boracic Acid gel bait could control cockroach effectively and should be generalized.
