摘  要:目的了解黄石市城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状及其变化。方法采用微量点滴法,测定LD50(μg/♀)。结果19962007年共测定10种杀虫剂,家蝇对三氯杀虫酯敏感,LD50为0.0479-0.0898μg/♀;家蝇对菊酯类有一定抗性并呈逐年上升趋势;家蝇对有机磷类杀虫剂维持较高抗性水平,如对敌敌畏的LD50为0.2116--0.8324μg/♀。结论黄石市城区家蝇对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯已产生较高抗性,对二氯苯醚菊酯、丙烯菊酯、氯氰菊酯抗性上升相对缓慢,对三氯杀虫酯处于敏感水平。应加强对家蝇抗性对策的研究,停止使用较高抗性的杀虫剂,抑制和延缓家蝇抗性发展。Objective To understand the resistance of housefly to common insecticides in Huangshi city. Methods The LD50 (μg/head) of tested insecticides was determined by topical application. Results The resistance of housefly to ten kinds of insecticides was detected from 1996 2007. Of which, the toxicity of acetofenate to housefly was the weakest and its LD50 value was 0. 0479- 0. 0898 μg/head. The resistance of housefly to pyrethroid tended to increase year after year, and for organophesphate insecticide, its resistance maintained a high level. For example, the LD50 of dichlorvos was 0.2116- 0. 8324 μg/head. Conclusion Housefly in Huangshi city had high resistance to dichlorvos, deltamethrin, alphacypermethrin and tetramethrin, and low resistance to permethrin P-dichlorobenzene, propylene permethrin and cypermethrin. However, it was more sensitive to acetofenate. In order to inhibit and delay the development of resistance, it should strengthen the research on control strategy of housefly resistance, and stop using the high resistance insecticides.
