广州地区40～60岁妇女社区卫生服务及需求状况的调查分析

摘　　要：对广州地区３７６名４０～６０岁妇女进行社区卫生服务及需求状况的调查分析。结果显示，平均绝经年龄５０岁，有６６．２％的人在绝经前后出现更年期综合征，８９．１％的人认为没有病就是健康，有５１．９％的人不知道绝经后会出现骨质疏松，有５４．５％的人认为乳腺自我保健没有必要。提示我们应重视围绝经期保健和研究，提高中老年妇女保健意识和能力，提高医疗水平，开展社区妇幼卫生服务，满足中老年保健需求。he situation of health service and requirement for 374 women who were 40～60 years old in the community of Guangzhou was investigated. The results showed as follows:the average menopausal ages was 50 years old. 66.2% of the woman had menopausal syndrome, around the menopause. 51.9% of the woman didnt know that the osteoporosis would appear after menopause. 54.5% of the woman thought that it was not necessary to selfhealth for the mammary gland. So the health and study in climacteric should be paid attention to. The health consciousness and the health ability of middle and old age woman should be improved. The medical level should be also raised. MCH service should be developed in community in order to meet the needs of the middle and old age woman health.
