大鼠心内神经节雌激素受体和神经生长因子的共存

摘  要:用免疫细胞化学双重标记技术研究雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)和神经生长因子(NGF)的表达,证实它们在心内神经节共存的可能性。结果显示,在心内神经节可以观察到3种细胞:(1)ER单标细胞,胞核呈棕褐色;(2)NGF单标细胞,胞浆呈红色;(3)ER/NGF双标细胞,胞核棕褐色,胞浆为红色。双标细胞占全部阳性标记细胞的30%~40%。这些结果提示ER和NGF可共存于同一大鼠心内神经节细胞,提示雌激素和NGF在维持心内神经节的结构和功能方面存在复杂的交互作用。Double labeling immunocytochemical staining technique was used to investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of rats and identify the coexistence possibility of them in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia. There were three type of neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia: (1) The ER-immunoreactive (ER-IR) products showed brown in color, locating in the nucleus ; (2) The NGF-IR products showed red in color, locating in the cytoplasm ; (3) ER/NGF double-labeled neurons, with brown nucleus and red cytoplasm, accounted for about 30% -40% of the total single- and double-labeled neurons. These results suggest that ER and NGF can coexist in the same neurons of rat intrinsic cardiac ganglia, therefore suggesting that there may be complex interactions between estrogen and nerve growth factors in maintaining the structure and function of intrinsic cardiac ganglia.
