摘 要:为了解婴儿碘营养状况对智能发育的影响,用碱灰化比色法测定了婴儿尿碘水平,又分别用新生儿20项行为神经评分法及贝利婴幼儿发展量表评估了不同碘营养状况下0~0.5岁婴儿的智能发育。结果:100例正常新生儿尿碘中位数为94.53μg/L。新生儿20项行为神经评分中,行为能力3项低尿碘组评分明显低于正常尿碘组(P<0.01),20项总评分两组间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。0.5岁婴儿的智力发展指数和精神运动发展指数,低尿碘组明显低于正常尿碘组(P<0.05)。结果显示碘缺乏使婴儿智能的正常发育受到阻碍。he study was conducted to understand the iodine nutrition of infants in Kunming city and its effects on their mental development. Alkaline dry ashingcolorimetric method was used to measure the urinary iodine level of infants. The infants were then assessed by Neonatal Behavioral Neurological; Assessment and Bayley Scales of Infant Development at different levels of iodine nutrition. The result showed: the media of urinary iodine of 100 normal neonates was 94.53 μg/L. The scores of 3item behavioral capacity in Neonate Behavioral Neurological Assessment of lower urinary iodine group were significantly lower than that of normal urinary iodine group(P<001). There was no statistical difference between two groups in the 20item total assessment. Compared with normal urinary iodine group, the Mental Development Index and Psychomotor Development Index of lower urinary iodine group were significantly lower(P<005).The results showed that iodine deficiency could impede the normal mental development of infants.
