双肺上叶及右肺中叶的叶、段支气管的CT应用解剖

摘　　要：目的：为左、右肺上叶、段支气管及右肺中叶、段支气管的ＣＴ显示提供解剖学基础。方法：用３０具成人标本的左、右肺支气管树及其中左、右肺各１３例ＣＴ影像进行观测。结果：左、右肺上叶支气管及右肺中叶支气管的内径分别为５．２±０．６ｍｍ、５．１±０．９ｍｍ和４．０±０．６ｍｍ。段支气管内径为２．３～２．６ｍｍ。左肺Ｂ１＋２、Ｂ３的夹角分别为１８２．８°±３．６°和９２．０°±５．０°；右肺Ｂ１、Ｂ２、Ｂ３、Ｂ４和Ｂ５的夹角分别为１７３．８°±１４．３°、９２．２°±２．０°、８１．５°±４．５°、４０．５°±１０．１°和４５．５°±１１．０°。结论：可为ＣＴ诊断提供一个以数据为依据确定支气管异常的方法，通过调整段支气管与ＣＴ扫描层面间的夹角，可提高斜位ＣＴ扫描显示率。Objective:To provide anatomic basis for CT demonstrations of the superior and middle lobar bronchi.Methods: Bronchial trees of 30 adult cadavers and 13 CT images were observed and measured.Results:The internal diameters of the left and right superior and right middle lobar bronchi are 5.2±0.6 mm,5.1±0.9 mm and 4.0±0.6 mm respectively.The angles of LB 1+2 and LB 3 is 182.8°±3.6° and 92.0°±5.0°. The angles of RB 1,RB 2,RB 3,RB 4 and RB 5 is 173.8°±14.3°, 92.2° ±2.0°,81.5°±4.5°,40.5°±10.1° and 45.5°±11.0° respectively.Conclusions:These data may provide datums for CT by the way to adjust angles between segmental bronchi and CT sices.
