摘 要:以廉价的TiCl_4和工业水玻璃为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,分别用三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)和乙醇(EtOH)溶液对湿凝胶进行溶剂交换/改性处理,常压干燥制备了TiO_2-SiO_2复合气凝胶。利用SEM、FTIR和BET吸附对复合气凝胶的结构、形貌和孔性质进行了研究,分析了TiO_2-SiO_2复合气凝胶吸附和光催化降解罗丹明B的性能。结果表明:用TMCS溶液改性处理湿凝胶经常压干燥得到的气凝胶具有连续多孔结构,其孔体积为2.19cm^3·g^(-1),孔径为9.74nm,比表面积为716.81 m^2·g^(-1);用EtOH溶液改性处理湿凝胶经常压干燥得到的气凝胶孔体积为0.12cm^3·g^(-1),孔径为3.07nm,比表面积为646.34m^2·g^(-1);用TMCS溶液改性湿凝胶得到的气凝胶对罗丹明B的吸附率和光解率要高于用EtOH溶液改性湿凝胶得到的气凝胶。Using cheap TIC14 and industrial waterglass as raw materials, TiO2-SiO2 composite aerogels are synthesized via ambient pressure drying by the sol-gel method, by using trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) and ethanol (EtOH) solution for the exchange/modification of the wet gel respectively. The microstructure, morphology and pore properties are studied by SEM, FTIR and BET measurement. The properties of adsorption and photocatalytic degrada- tion of rhodamine B are analyzed. The results indicate that the TiO2-SiO2 aerogels which are modified with TMCS exhibit a porous structure and the pore volume and pore size are 2. 19cm^3·g^-1 and 9. 74nm respectively,and the specific surface area is 716.81 ^2 ·g^-1. By contrast, the pore volume, pore size and specific surface area of TiO2-SiO2 aerogels which are modified with EtOH are 0. 12cm^3·g^-1,3.07nm and 646. 34m^2 · g^-1 respectively. The TiO2-SiO2 aerogels which are modified with TMCS present a higher adsorption and photocatalytic degradation ratio of rhodamine B than that of the aerogels which are modified with EtOH.
