摘  要:选用新型的有机硫源二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(Tetramethylthiuram disulfide),以水热法分别在苯和乙二胺溶剂中制备了不同形貌和尺寸的CdS纳米微粒。采用TEM、XRD、UV-Vis等测试手段对产物进行了表征,结果表明:在苯溶剂中得到的是近球形的CdS纳米微粒,直径在30nm左右;而在乙二胺中得到的是CdS纳米线,其表面光滑,直径均匀(40nm)。二者的UV-Vis光谱的吸收峰相对于体相CdS均发生了蓝移。In this paper tetramethylthiuram disulfide is chosen as a novel source of sulfide. CdS nanocrystals with different morphologies and sizes are prepared separately in the solvent of benzene and ethylenediamine by the hydrothermal method, TEM, XRD and UV-Vis techniques are used to characterize the as-synthesized CdS. It is found that CdS nanopartices with the diameter of 30nm are obtained in the solvent of benzene; however CdS nanowires with smooth surface and a uniform diameter of 40nm are synthesized in solvent of ethylenediamine. The results of UV-Vis spectroscopy measurements reveal that the absorption peaks of both of the CdS nanoparticles and nanowires above are blue-shifted compared with that of bulk CdS.
