摘　　要：电泳沉积是一种制备功能薄膜材料的电化学方法,应用广泛且发展迅速。综述了电泳沉积生长机制的最新研究以及其在功能薄膜制备与应用上的研究进展,指出了对其生长机制的深入研究以及新电泳沉积方法的开发将有利于功能薄膜材料的研究与应用。Electrophoretic deposition is an electrochemical method attracting increasing interest as a preparation technique of the functional thin films. This article systemically reviews the study development of its mechanisms and applications in the functional thin films, then finds that the study of mechanism in the electrophoretic deposition and the development of some new skills make for the application of the functional thin films.
