摘  要:应用十八胺对钠基膨润土进行了有机插层改性,制得有机膨润土,对影响其性能的插层剂浓度、反应温度和反应时间3个因素进行了3水平的正交实验和分析,且对有机膨润土进行了XRD、FTIR测试。分析结果表明:有机膨润土在保持硅酸盐基本骨架不变的同时,层间距均大于钠基膨润原土,证明对钠基膨润土的插层改性是有效的;在对膨润土进行有机化插层的因素中,插层剂浓度为最显著因素,反应时间为次显著因素,反应温度影响最小。The organobentonites are obtained after Na^+-bentonites are organically modified with octadecylaminc. The three factors with the effect on the properties of the organobentonites, which are the concentration of octadecylamine,the temperature of reaction and the time of reaction are analysed based on a three level orthotropic experiment, The XRD and FTIR testing shows that the fundamental structure of the organobentonites doesn' t vary but its lamellar distance is greater than Na^+ -bentonites' ,which proves that the organic modification of Na^+ -bentonites is effective. The concentration of octadecylamine is the most effective factor, the time of reaction is the subaltern factor and the effect of the temperature of reaction is least.
