数字化校园建设中数据分析的意义

摘　　要：信息化的意义到底是什么?学校每年投入几百上千万做信息化建设,除了为师生提供上网服务外对学校的日常业务到底会有什么帮助?用业务管理软件来代替各部门的手工操作,如教务管理系统、办公自动化管理系统等;以既有的业务系统的数据为基础形成数据中心,提供广泛的查询和数据报表服务;以数据中心为基础进行数据的分析,进而形成决策支撑系统.如招生计划分析、就业情况分析、教学资源配给分析等.从上面内容我们得出结论:高校信息化除了解决根本的应用之外,还要肩负着信息化为教学服务的重要任务,如果信息化建设不能为教学工作服务,就还不能说信息化工作目标达到.What＇s the meaning of informationization？ Paying over millions money per-year for informationization construction just offers Internet access for the teachers and students. Are there other functions with infurmationization construction for daily operation？ The handwork can be replaced with managing software in each department such as the educational administration system, office automatic system. Based on the data of existing operation system, to set up the data center can help to provide the extensive search and create the various data-table. The data center is able to analyze the data such as the planning about recruit students, the status about the graduate employment and the distributable teaching resource, set up the decision-making support system. From the above introduction, the conclusion could be drawn. Besides the essential applications, the informationization of university must shoulder the important tasks of teaching services. If informatinization construction could not provide teaching services, it can not be said that the target of informationization has been achieved.
