鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鹿瓜多肽注射液对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法60例糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例患者采用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗，对照组28例患者采用钙而奇D治疗，检测治疗前后股骨颈及腰椎（L1～L4）骨密度的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组患者腰椎（L1～L4）及股骨颈骨密度明显增加，治疗组较对照组增加显著。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症有较好疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of Lugua polypeptide injection on Glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis. Methods Sixty cases with Glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis were divided randomly divided into two groups：32 patients in the treatment group were treated by Lugua polypeptide injection and 28 patients in the control group by GaierqiD.All patients were measured for bone mineral density in lumbar spine（L1- L4） and collum femoris before and after the treatment. Results Bone mineral density in lumbar spine（L~- L4） and collum femoris of the treatment group and control group significantly increased, the treatment group increased more significantly than control group. Conclusion Lugua polypeptide injection may be benefit for Glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis.
