摘  要:根据化学"相似相溶"原理,以水镁石纤维为水泥基道路修补砂浆的增强材料,研究了添加材料对水泥净浆物理和胶砂力学性能的影响,通过正交实验对水镁石纤维增强水泥基道路修补砂浆的配方进行优化,并根据各组分的作用调整实验配方,得到增强水泥基道路修补砂浆最佳配方:纤维水镁石1%,甲基纤维素醚0.5%,高效减水剂6%,灰砂比为1:3。该配方材料工作性能好、抗收缩性和耐磨性能良好,1 d抗折强度为4.24 MPa,抗压强度达20.35 MPa。According to the mechanism of similitude solution, inorganic brucite fiber was utilized as reinforcement material. Influence of properties on cement mortar added by main components of road repaired materials were studied, and according to orthonormal experiment, optimum was gained. Moreover, the formulation was adjusted according to main components actions and properties of the formulation measures. The results show that the properties of this type of road repaired materials is better than cement mor- tar under the same condition, with good shrinkage resistance and grind resistance. After 1 d curing time, the flexural Strength of mortar was 4.24 MPa, the compressive Strength of sample got 20.35 MPa.
