摘　　要：甲苯直接氧化制备苯甲醛是一条最为简单而经济的生产工艺。简要介绍了生产苯甲醛的传统工艺,综述了近几年国内外甲苯气相氧化法、液相氧化法的工艺条件及其催化剂的研究进展,阐述了甲苯控制氧化合成苯甲醛热力学理论基础与甲苯控制氧化合成苯甲醛的机理研究现状。Direct oxidation of toluene was a simple and cheap production technology of benzaldehyde. Traditional technique was reviewed briefly. Recent advancements of various key catalysts and process conditions for benzaldehyde were reviewed including vapor phase oxidations of toluene and liquid phase oxidations of toluene. An overview of thermodynamic theoretical principle and mechanism research of oxidation of toluene for benzaldehyde was given.
