摘 要:针对稳态流数学模型的局限性,提出了将瞬变流分析方法引入对蒸汽管网的分析与模拟。以瞬变流理论为基础,建立了用于蒸汽管网瞬变分析的索引编码系统,以数字形式描述了管网的几何形态和性质。结合蒸汽管道瞬变流方程及其特征线求解方法,建立了蒸汽管网节点的瞬变数学模型,得到了蒸汽管网运行的瞬变分析与模拟方法。瞬变分析与瞬变数学模拟反映了蒸汽管网的运行波动,对预测蒸汽管网运行波动和水击易发点、提高运行管理水平具有现实意义。Aimed at the limitations of steady-state flow mathematical model, the application of analysis method for transient flow to the analysis and simulation of steam pipe network is put forward. Based on the theory of transient flow, the index coding system for transient analysis of steam pipe network is established to describe the geometric configuration and properties of the network in numerical form. Combined with the transient flow equation for steam pipeline and the solution for its characteristic line, the transient mathematical model of the network nodes is established, and the transient analysis and simulation methods for operation of steam pipe network are obtained. The transient analysis and simulation reflect the operation fluctuation of steam pipe network, which has practical significance for prediction of the operation fluctuation of steam pipe network and the easy occurrence point of water hammer, and for improving the operation management level of steam pipe network.
