摘  要:目的:通过生化指标和力学实验研究,测定不同周龄SD大鼠血清中钙离子和碱性磷酸酶变化趋势,以及不同周龄大鼠胫骨抗压缩破坏载荷的变化。方法:选用48只清洁级9个月月龄SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、悬吊组、去势组和假手术组,以断头的方式处死实验动物,测定血清钙离子和碱性磷酸酶指标和测量整根胫骨在静载压缩破坏情况下的组间差异。结果:4周后,悬吊组和去势组均能得到较好的骨质疏松模型;随着周龄增加,血清钙、碱性磷酸酶含量和胫骨压缩破坏载荷均迅速降低,然后达到稳定。结论:SD大鼠骨质疏松后,骨量并非一直持续丢失,最后会重新达到一个新的动态平衡。Ojective: To study the changing tendencies of serum calcium, AKP and anti - compression ablities of different week -age mice. Method : Forty - eight rats of 9 months old were randomly divided into the normal group, the suspending group, the suspending load group, the ovarieetondzing group and the ovariectomizing load group. The differences of the biochemical indicators and cnemis compression experiments of all these groups were tested. Result: ①After 4 weeks, a better model of osteopotosis could be gotten from the experiment of tail suspending of mice and ovariectomized mice. ②As the week - age growing, the serum calcium, AKP and anti - compression ablities decreased quickly, until they stayed at a stable level. Conclusion: After the mice have osteoporosis, the bone mass is not being lost constantly, and it will get a new ballence at last.
