摘　　要：市场准入政策制定的过程通常以一个或几个模型作为政策分析的架构。在分析了若干公共政策模型后,提出了一种结合研发自主创新的市场准入政策系统模型。最后基于ISM,进行了研发自主创新产品的市场准入政策环境分析。Market access policy formulation process usually one or several of the models as a framework for policy analysis. Based on the analysis of a number of public policy, a combination of market access for independent innovation policy system model has been made. Finally based on the ISM, this thesis analyzed the environment of market access policy for independently innovative products.
