摘 要:在与一般的组织优化方法比较分析的基础上引入了基因组方法的思想,并给出了具体的实现方法和研究框架。继而初步形成了基于基因组方法的虚拟企业组织优化理论,并对其中的基因重组问题进行了重点研究,由此得出基因重组是实现虚拟企业组织优化有效途径的论断。最后指出:由于可以借助于生物学中的基因重组技术,通过持续地提高"基因"能力要素的竞争能力来实现虚拟企业的组织优化,因而能够较好地解决企业快速响应市场需求变化的问题。Virtual enterprise occurs in such an age that the dynamic change Of response ability of the enterprise. Genome method is a new idea for organization the market environment calls for agile optimization of virtual enterprise. In the first, this paper introduced genome method based on comparison with general optimization method for organization. At the same time, the concrete implementation method and research framework was provided. Then the theory was preliminarily formed on organization optimization of virtual enterprise based on genome method and the gene recombinant was mainly studied, in which we pointed out that gene recombinant is an effective approach that can make the virtual enterprise implement optimization. In the end, we drew the conclusion that organization optimization of virtual enterprise can be realized, which is because competence of genome elements is continuously improved by using gene recombinant technique in biology. Accordingly, the enterprise could agilely response to market demand. The research is meaningful to the reform of traditional organization models in enterprise.
