中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)的疗效。方法:将60例EDN患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组为常规西医治疗,治疗组加用中药肾康宁Ⅰ方治疗,疗程8周。比较两组总疗效,尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),尿β2微球蛋白(Uβ2-MG)。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,明显高于对照组56.67%(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后UAER和Uβ2-MG明显降低(P<0.05),明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗EDN疗效显著,可降低UAER和Uβ2-MG。Objective： to observe the effect of conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating earlier period diabetic nephropathy （EDN）. Methods： 60 cases of EDN were randomly divided into control group （30 cases） and treatment group （30 cases）. The control group was treated with common medical drugs and the treatment group plus the Shengkangning Ⅰ prescription. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The total curative effect, urine protein excretion rate and urine β2 microglobulin were comparison. Results： total effective rate 90 % in treatment group that obviously super control group （56.67 % ）. The urine protein excretion rate and urine β2 microglobulin were lower in treatment group after treatment and surpass control group. Conclusion： the conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine has the well effective to treat EDN and could lower the urine protein excretion rate and urine β2 microglobulin.
