摘　　要：本文论述了开发利用太阳能的重要性、太阳电池应用可能性及有效途径;叙述了最近10余年来,太阳电池和太阳能热水器在世界各地尤其在中国的发展情况;讨论了开发利用太阳能产品来发展阳光经济的前景;着重述说了太阳能利用与建筑一体化(BIPV)的合理性与重要性,并列举了太阳能建筑一体化的实例。The utilization of solar energy is also very important in big city. In this paper,the research and development states of solar cell and solar water heaters in China were reported. Some utilization methods of solar energy in city were described,such as buildings integrated photovoltaic（ BIPV ）power systems, rooftop solar water heaters,solar heat pump water heater,solar street lights,solar garden lights,solar cars,solar ships and so on. The utilization of solar energy also can promote the development of economics,for example,one million watt solar cell production can bring us about 100 millions RMB increasing of GDP. Some examples of BIPV were reported.
