摘 要:目的探讨脊髓牵拉损伤中体感诱发电位的变化。方法采用不同重量牵拉大鼠脊髓,模拟医源性脊髓牵拉损伤,测量牵拉后大鼠体感诱发电位诱发波潜伏期和波幅的变化。结果牵拉后以及牵拉重量增加1倍后,诱发波的潜伏期和波幅均有明显变化(P<0.05),表现为潜伏期延长,波幅降低。牵拉重量与潜伏期和波幅的变化程度相关(P<0.05)。牵拉重量增加1倍后,潜伏期的变化较波幅的变化明显。结论在脊髓牵拉损伤中,潜伏期可能是较波幅更敏感的指标。Objective To study the somatosensory evoked potential in stretch injury of spinal cord. Methods The models of spinal cord injury were set up by the way of dragging the spinal cord with object. And the changes of SEP were measured. Results The latency had extended and the amplitude had cut down after the spinal cord injury(P〈0.05). The changes of latency and amplitude were correlated with the dragging weight(P〈0.05). The change of latency was more obviousely than that of amplitude. Conclusion The latency is more sensitive to the stretch injury of spinal cord.
