货车后桥壳的疲劳强度分析

摘　　要：货车后桥壳是汽车上重要的承载件和传力件,利用CAD软件Pro/Engineer建立某货车后桥壳的几何模型,并建立其有限元模型,然后对后桥壳进行静力分析,在此基础上对后桥壳进行疲劳强度分析,得出在实际使用过程中,桥壳不存在疲劳寿命的结论。The truck＇s rear axle housing is the important bearing and passing component, in this paper the 3D model of the rear axle housing is established in the Pro/Engineer, and the FEA is simulated in computer. Then static analysis is implemented, and on the basis the fatigue analysis is also done in this paper, which leads to the conclusion that there is no problem about the rear axle housing when it is used.
