腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者早期康复训练的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨预防腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的方式。方法2006年10月至2007年12月间，收治手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者64例，对其进行了有效的护理及针对性的康复训练及康复指导。结果64例患者中有3例因对康复训练缺乏正确认识和家庭条件等原因，早期负重出现腰椎滑脱，后经椎管成形加融合术后痊愈；1例在腰椎另一节段出现复发。结论根据病情进行有效的康复训练，能使患者尽快康复，也是避免复发的重要指征之一。Objective To investigate the prevention of patients with lumbar disc herniation and rehabilitation approach, Methods October 2006 to December 2007, the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation treated patients with 64 cases, to effective care and rehabilitation training and rehabilitation targeted guidance. Results Of 64 cases of patients in the three cases because of lack of proper rehabilitation training and awareness of family, and other reasons, load early led to spondylolisthesis, and recovered after spinal fusion forming. One case recurrenced in the lumbar segments. Conclusion According to the conditions for effective rehabilitation training, and rehabilitation of the patient as soon as pessible, but also to avoid recurrence of one of the important indications.
