小儿皮肌炎临床分析

摘　　要：对１６例６岁以内小儿皮肌炎进行长期随访研究。１６例患儿中，男１０例，女６例，月龄１４～７２月，平均３９．７月，其中皮肌炎１４例，无肌病皮肌炎２例。按Ｓｐｅｎｃｅｒ报告分３型。首次发病者７例，慢性复发者５例，慢性持续者２例。治疗以强的松为主，仅有２例合用环磷酰胺。１６例中３例出现软组织钙化，可能与强的松治疗剂量不足、间断治疗有关。Clinical course and longterm followup of 16 cases of children dermatomyositis (CDMS) under 6 years of age were reported. There were 10 boys and 6 girls, mean age at onset was 39.7 months (ranged from 14 to 72 months), 14 cases were classic CDMS and 2 cases were amyopathic dermatomyositis. There were 3 different clinical courses of CDMS according to Spencer′s report. In this group 7 cases were acute monocyclic course, 5 cases multicyclic course, and 2 cases chronic continuous course. All patients were treated with prednisone, and two patients were treated in combination with cyclophosphamide. Diffuse calcification of soft tissue was observed in 3 cases which might be related to insufficient dose and intermittent use of prednisone. 
