摘　　要：文章在阐述海洋渔业资源代际转移实质的基础上,运用海洋渔业资源代际转移的基本模型分析了海洋渔业资源的代际分配关系。探讨了海洋渔业代际资源有效配置需要建立新的运行机制,即除了行为主体的自我约束外还要有有效的外部控制市场调节机制。This paper first expounded the essentials of intergenerational transfer of marine fishery resources then analyzed the distributional relationship using a basic model of intergenerational transfer of marine fishery re- sources. It also discussed the new operation mechanism of effective configuration of resource intergenerational. That was forming the controllable market mechanism about the dominant external constraint.
