摘　　要：为了保证HLZ10C型活塞浇注机的稳定性和可靠性,其电气控制系统采用可编程序控制器作为主控单元。介绍电气控制系统的硬件、软件以及结构设计方案和方法。使用效果证明:该系统功能强大,通用性好,工作稳定可靠。In order to ensure stability and reliability of HLZ10C piston casting machine, programmable logic controller （PLC） is used as the main control unit in the design of electrical control system. The design project and method for the hardware, software and structure of electrical control system are introduced. Practical application shows that the system features powerful function, good generality, stable and reliable working performance.
