摘  要:目的测定黄芪中砷和锑的含量。方法采用氢化物发生-原子荧光分析方法(HG-AFS),优选实验条件并对测定方法的最低检出限、精密度和准确度进行了评价。结果测定方法的线性范围宽,砷、锑的检出限分别为0.023μg/L和0.033μg/L,相关系数r为0.999 9和0.999 6,平均回收率为99.3%和98.4%。结论该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,可用于中药材中砷、锑元素的测定。Objective The content of arsenic and antimony in Astragalus are determined. Method Hydride generation atomic fluo- rescence spectrometry is used, the optimal experimental conditions are selected, the lower limit and accuracy of determination are also evaluated. Result The determination method has a wide liner range. The detection limit are As:0.023 μ g/L; Sb:0.033 μg/L. The cor- relation coefficient are 0.999 9 and 0.s999 6, the rate of recovelry are 99.3% and 98.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and has high sensitivity. It can be used in determination of arsenic and antimony in Chinese medicinal materials.
