摘 要:针对汽车覆盖件难以成形以及在冲压过程中易产生各种质量问题等特点,采用基于动力显式算法的有限元分析软件DYNAFORM,以某汽车内覆盖件前隔板为例,对模拟得到的成形极限图(FLD)、材料厚薄图进行分析,优选工艺设计。阐述了CAE技术在模具开发中的重要作用。Aiming at the characteristics of auto body hard to mold and many quality problems that frequently occur during practical stamping processes,the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM based on the dynamics explicit algorithms has been adopted. Taking the typical auto front bulkhead for example, the best stamping process parameters has been optimized from the analysis results after simulation such as sheet metal forming limited drawing (FLD) and sheet metal thinning drawing. Finally,it illustrated the importance of the CAE technology in mold development.
