摘　　要：随着我国高等学校改革的不断深化,学校内部管理体制也进一步走向规范化、制度化、科学化,作为学校中枢之位的校长办公室,其功能、作用也在发生深刻的变化,其中综合协调组织职能变得越来越重要。为适应新时期高等学校内部改革与职能调整,探讨新时期校办职能定位、功能与作用显得尤为重要,且具有重要的现实意义。With continuous deepening of universities＇ reform in China, the internal management system become further standardized, institutionalized and scientific. As the important departments of universities, the functions and roles of the principal＇s office is also showing a profound change, in which the coordination function is becoming increasingly important. In order to meet internal reforms and functions＇ adjustment of universities in the new period, discussing targeted functions and roles of principal＇s office in this paper is particularly important and has important practical significance in the new era.
